Executive Board

To become a world-class university, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) led by extraordinary people in the Executive Board of ITS to achieve its goals and manage ITS daily. ITS Executive board are the people who are elected and trusted by all students, academic activists, and ITS employees. Surely in carrying out ITS task the executive board get heavy loads but with the Vision of the Mission and the assistance of the campus, then being a world-class campus is most likely to be realized.

Rector and Vice Rector of ITS

Prof. Bambang Pramujati, S.T., M.Sc.Eng., Ph.D.

Rector of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember

This Mechanical Engineering alumnus of ITS began his education for taking Undergraduate Program at the Mechanical Engineering Department before continuing to take Postgraduate Program at the Mechanical Engineering in the University of Birmingham, England, as well as completing his Doctoral Program at the same major in the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton-Canada. In 2015, Bambang received an award from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education as an outstanding leader of department for serving this position in 2011-2018. Besides, Bambang was also trusted as a Reviewer for National Research and the Founding Father of New Study Programs by DIKTI. Now, he has received a new mandate for becoming the 13th Rector of ITS in the period of 2024-2029.

Prof. Nurul Widiastuti, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D

Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs

Prof. Nurul Widiastuti, S.Si, M.Si., Ph.D was born in Surabaya in 1971. This alumnus of the ITS Chemistry Department has completed her education which began with a Bachelor of Chemistry Education at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, continued with a Master of Chemistry in the Chemistry Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bandung Institute of Technology and obtained her doctorate in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Curtin University of Technology, Australia and received a Professorship in the field of membrane chemistry and adsorption. Nurul has served as the Coordinator of Research and Development, Center for Educational Development and Instructional Activities (P3AI) ITS for the period 2008-2012, Head of the Center for Curriculum Assessment and Development, ITS for the period 2012-2017. Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Kalimantan Institute of Technology for the period 2019-2023. Head of the Research and Community Service Quality Assurance Unit for the 2023-2024 period and is currently entrusted as the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs of ITS for the 2024-2029 period.

Dr. Machsus, ST, MT

Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and Infrastructure

Dr. Machsus, ST, MT was born in Bangkalan, in 1973. This ITS Civil Engineering alumnus has completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering education at ITS and continued to the Master of Technology program at the ITS Civil Engineering Department and successfully completed his education as a Doctor of Civil Engineering at Brawijaya University. Machsus has been active as the Central Management of IKA ITS since 2007, and is now the Secretary General of IKA ITS PW East Java, and has contributed a lot of ideas in the field of Traffic Engineering and Road Safety within the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of PUPR, Korlantas Polda RI, and Ditlantas Polda Jatim. Machsus was once the Director of the ITS Endowment Fund Management Institute (LPDA), and helped initiate the formation of the PTNBH Endowment Fund Management Forum, and is currently also assigned as the Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance, and Infrastructure of ITS for the period 2024-2029.

Imam Baihaqi, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D

Vice Rector for Human Resources, Organization, and Information System Technology

Imam Baihaqi, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D. is an ITS Industrial Engineering alumni who has completed his education as a Doctor of Philosophy in Operational Management and Supply Chain at Monash University, Australia after previously earning a Master of Science at Lancaster University, UK, and receiving the Peter Checkland Award. This Business Management lecturer has been a member of the strategic study team for several state-owned and private national companies, as well as a trainer in the field of operational management and business development. Imam has served as Dean of the Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business, and is currently assigned as Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, Organization, and Information System Technology at ITS for 2024-2029.

Prof. Agus Muhammad Hatta, ST, M.Si., Ph.D

Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Cooperation, and Alumni

Prof. Agus Muhamad Hatta, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D is an alumnus of ITS Engineering Physics who has completed his education as a Doctor of Philosophy in Photonics Engineering at the Dublin Institute of Technology after previously earning a Master of Science degree at ITS. This Engineering Physics lecturer was once the recipient of the 2018 110 Most Prospective Indonesian Innovation Works Award and a Finalist for the National Outstanding Lecturer in the Science and Technology Category 2019. Hatta has served as Head of the Department of Engineering Physics, Director of Research and Community Service, and Director of Innovation and Science Technology Areas at ITS. He is currently assigned as the Vice Chancellor for Innovation, Cooperation, and Alumni of ITS for 2024-2029.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Umi Laili Yuhana, S.Kom., M.Sc., CRP.

Secretary of the Institute

Prof. Dr. Umi Laili Yuhana, S.Kom, M.Sc. has completed her Bachelor in Informatics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and continued her Masters in Computer Science & Information Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU). Yuhana completed her doctoral study in Electrical Engineering ITS through the ITS sandwich-like Electrical Engineering program with Szechenyi Istvan University Hungary. Yuhana is a member of the AI ​​Research Consortium. Currently, Yuhana is entrusted with the position of Secretary of the Institute.
