Study Program and Admission Capacity

The SBMPTN pathway is open for all undergraduate study programs organized by ITS. Unlike previous years, the Applied Bachelor program does not use this selection path. Applied Bachelor (D4 Vocational) enthusiasts can open further information on the Applied Bachelor – ITS Admissions page.

The SBMPTN is open to high school graduates from the exact sciences major. ITS also accepts prospective students from non-exact science for Industrial Product Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Urban and Regional Planning study programs, but must have SAINTEK UTBK scores. For the Business Management and Development Studies study program, prospective students must have UTBK SOSHUM scores.

Provision

Study Program Requirements

SBMPTN is open to high school graduates majoring in exact sciences. ITS also accepts prospective students from non-exact science for Industrial Product Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Urban and Regional Planning study programs, but must have Science-Technology UTBK scores. For the Business Management and Development Studies study program, prospective students must have Social-Humanities UTBK scores.

Special Requirements for Interests in the Design Study Program at ITS

Those interested in Industrial Product Design, Visual Communication Design and Interior Design, Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business study programs must upload a Portfolio in the Field of Fine Arts. Detailed information about the Portfolio can be seen on the page http://ltmpt.ac.id

Special Recommendation When Accepted in Several Study Programs at ITS

Some study programs in the learning process really need a specific competency related to eye conditions. Here are some study programs at ITS that require prospective students who are accepted to meet the competency requirements and a health check (color blind test) will be carried out during the re-registration process.

Nevertheless, registrants who own facilities which are able to assists visual function as required and ensure that be able to attend the classes normally are still allowed to apply registration to study programs above.

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fee for SBMPTN

Starting from the 2013/2014 academic year, the tuition fee for new students through the SNMPTN and SBMPTN pathways uses one cost component, namely the Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT), or single tuition. Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) at ITS is divided into 7 (seven) categories that are adjusted to the financial capabilities of the students’ parents. The index of parents’ economic ability is determined at the time of re-registration. UKT is applied to all prospective students accepted in various study programs through the SBMPTN except for the Joint Degree Study Program.

Except for the Joint Degree Program in Marine Engineering, the tuition fee is IDR 20,000,000 per semester.

Scholarship

Scholarship Available at ITS

KIP Kuliah Scholarship

KIP-Kuliah scholarships apply to all study programs at ITS, except for the Joint Degree study program and the International Undergraduate Program (IUP). The provisions that apply to KIP-Kuliah Scholarship applicant in the 2021 SBMPTN pathway at ITS are as follows.

Applicants from economically disadvantaged families can apply for KIP-Kuliah tuition assistance.
Prospective participants who receive KIP-Kuliah must first study the registration procedure for the KIP-Kuliah program on the following page https://kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id.

Other Tuition Aid

In addition to KIP-Kuliah scholarships, ITS collaborates with various agencies to provide scholarships and tuition aids for ITS students. Students can obtain scholarships or tuition aids from various sources after obtaining an academic GPA and the available forms as a prerequisite for obtaining a scholarship.
