BE ITS STUDENT!

SNMPTN or Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri is a term for national selection held by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Republic of Indonesia. This selection used the achievement owned by the high school student. This selection is held to screen young talents to be prioritized to be accepted in university. In academic year of 2022-2023, students who are (going to) graduate on year 2022 from high schools accredited and acknowledged by Indonesian education system are eligible to register to ITS through this selection with terms and conditions applied. They are required to have transcript and outstanding achievements. Provisions

Provisions of SNMPTN 2022 at ITS

SNMPTN is a national selection based on academic reputation using high school transcript and any other supporting achievements.

Achievement Category

Selection comittee will consider performances or achievements which are evidenced with legal documents issued by authorized institution, including letters of recomendation or any certificates. Achievements which can be attached with the registration is as listed below

    1. Championship in provincial, national, and international level
      1. Science Olympiad
      2. Sports Championship
      3. Art and Design Competition
      4. Research or Scientific Journals
    2. Religious scripture memorizer
    3. The active roles of organizations
Registrants with memorizing religious scripture achievement need to upload certificate issued by authorized or legal institution to SNMPTN registration website with category of Olympiad (Others) and Provincial level. Besides, they have to entry data including the achievements proof to ITS through this link. Data entry starts on February 15, 2022 to February 28, 2022 at 17.00 GMT+7.

Major Provisions

SNMPTN is open to all bachelor study programs exist in ITS, and only receives students from exact science major in high school, except for applying to Product Design, Business Management, and Development Studies which are open for non-exact science major high school graduates. Special Requirements for Interests in Design Study Program at ITS

Those interested in Industrial Product Design, Visual Communication Design and Interior Design, Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business study programs are required to upload a Portfolio in the Field of Fine Arts. Hereby are templates registrants must complete.

Re-registration

Those who are announced accepted through SNMPTN are obliged to fill online data by filling the form and uploading any documents needed through http://sipmaba.its.ac.id and do reregistration. Requirements, provision, and procedures in filling sipmaba data and reregistration steps will be informed with the result announcement of SNMPTN.

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fee for SBMPTN

Starting from the 2013/2014 academic year, the tuition fee for new students through the SNMPTN and SBMPTN pathways uses one cost component, namely the Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT), or single tuition. Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) at ITS is divided into 7 (seven) categories that are adjusted to the financial capabilities of the students’ parents. The index of parents’ economic ability is determined at the time of re-registration. UKT is applied to all prospective students accepted in various study programs through the SBMPTN except for the Joint Degree Study Program.

Except for the Joint Degree Program in Marine Engineering, the tuition fee is IDR 20,000,000 per semester.

Scholarship

Scholarship Available at ITS

KIP Kuliah Scholarship

KIP-Kuliah scholarships apply to all study programs at ITS, except for the Joint Degree study program and the International Undergraduate Program (IUP). The provisions that apply to KIP-Kuliah Scholarship applicant in the 2021 SBMPTN pathway at ITS are as follows.

  • Applicants from economically disadvantaged families can apply for KIP-Kuliah tuition assistance.
  • Prospective participants who receive KIP-Kuliah must first study the registration procedure for the KIP-Kuliah program on the following page https://kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id.

Other Tuition Aid

In addition to KIP-Kuliah scholarships, ITS collaborates with various agencies to provide scholarships and tuition aids for ITS students. Students can obtain scholarships or tuition aids from various sources after obtaining an academic GPA and the available forms as a prerequisite for obtaining a scholarship.
