It’s easier and closer to access information on the ITS Architecture Department’s International Undergraduate Program at IUP Edufair.
On Saturday 16th of December 2023, hundreds of students and parents gathered on the first floor hall in Science Tower ITS to participate and take interest in IUP Edufair 2023. Parents and students are eager to visit various booths from different departments. These booths offer a chance for the students to find more information but with an intention mostly for growing their interests in each department and IUP as a whole. Not excluding the Architecture department booth.
Their enthusiasm was visible as they threw various questions about the offered study program. Most of them questioned about the technical aspects of registration, the courses taught, and also foreign universities that serve as partners for international exposure programs. These questions were directly answered by learners and teachers of the Architecture IUP study program to provide information more related to their experiences in the IUP program.
Although there were some doubts as to whether architecture was the right choice for them, they were serious about pursuing it. Many of them still have doubts, “is architecture difficult to enter?”, “is it difficult to make mockups?”, “is it true that architecture has a lot of calculations?” Such questions were often asked when visitors came to the IUP Architecture booth.
Visitors also had the opportunity to see the various works of the Architecture department students. Various kinds of mock-ups and posters were displayed in the booth area. This is expected to provide a clearer picture of life as an IUP Architecture student for prospective applicants and parents.
