ITS Integrated Service Center (PLT) Comparative Study to the Integrated Service Center (ISC) IPB University

The ITS Integrated Service Center conducted a comparative study at the Integrated Service Center (ISC) of IPB University, Bogor. This activity was held on Friday (24/6/2022) at the IPB University Rectorate Building, Dramaga campus. The visit was received by Siti Nuryati, S.TP, M. Si (Head of Public Relations), Head of Sub-Division of Information Services and Internal Relations (Yulia Dwi Indriani, S. Kom., M.M) and their staff.

“It is with a heavy heart that we apologize for the absence of our Head of Bureau to attend this meeting. Later, I will be accompanied by Mrs. Yulia, who will convey the journey of the formation of ISC at IPB University and we really hope that later you can also provide information or exchange experiences about what has been going on at PLT ITS,” said the Head of the Public Relations Division of IPB University, Siti Nuryati, S.TP, M. Si

“Our goal for this comparative study visit is to learn and share knowledge related to integrated service strategies and techniques that run at ISC IPB and PLT ITS,” continued the Head of the General Bureau and ITS Bureaucratic Reform, Drs.Ec. Murtriyono, M.Si.

After the welcome event, the PLT ITS group received an explanation regarding the organizational structure, common perception, facility development, CSO, leadership commitment by Siti Nuryati, S.TP, M. Si. This session went smoothly. After the presentation and discussion, 7 people from PLT ITS had the opportunity to visit the Integrated Service Center office of IPB University. Simultaneously, the event continued with the IPB University campus tour at the Dramaga campus. (BURB Public Relations)
