The Integrated Service Center subsection performs the following functions:
- Integrated service management, monitoring and development.
- Implementation of bureaucratic reform in the sub-sector of public services.
- Realizing e-gevernance in various aspects of service.
- Integrated management of information through the integration of all information services.
- implementation of empowerment and packaging of information for the benefit of institutions and stakeholders.
- Implementation of supervision of information services to the public.
- Implementation of information services based on public information disclosure.
- Implementation of integrated, reliable, and collaborative information services through e-services.
The Integrated Service Center Subdivision is led by a Subdivision Head, who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Head of the Bureaucratic Reform Implementation Division.
