Moving in the realm of Islam religion as a campus preaching institution, the Manarul Ilmi Mosque Community (JMMI) formed since September 10 1989 is a student organization sheltered and coordinated with ITS TPKIs and MMI Takmir. JMMI has various programs that can be followed by students. Among them are RDK (Ramadhan on Campus), Welcome and Know The New Students (SALAM) which is held during the admission of new students, ITS Mengaji, ITS Cinta Subuh, KSSI (Community of Shaum Sunnah ITS) which is an event to break the Monday-Thursday fasting together, Dedication to Community by conducting a coaching including teaching, empowerment, and catering in 4 villages around the ITS campus, Mandatory Mentoring for students who take Islamic religious courses, Development and Mentoring for the Departement Da’wah Institution (LDJ) and Campus Da’wah Institution (LDK), Islam Training, Seminars, Discussions, Studies, and Syiar through electronic media, and also Fundraising for natural disasters and humanitarian issues.JMMI is expected to be able to broadcast Islam in an inclusive and broadest way, especially to the ITS academicians and the community around ITS.
