MID-SEMESTER EVALUATION (ETS)
Mid-semester evaluation (ETS) is an evaluation process for students in order to determine the extent to which students understand the material that has been studied during 8 (eight) learning meetings. Mid-semester evaluation (ETS) is carried out in the middle of the semester, usually in week 8 (eight).
Requirements for students to be able to take part in the mid-semester evaluation (ETS):
- Registered and active as an ITS student
- Registered as a lecture participant in the course to be evaluated
- Students must attend the learning process of each course at least 80% (eighty) of the number held in half a semester / one semester
END OF SEMESTER EVALUATION (EAS)
End of Semester Evaluation (EAS) is an evaluation process for students in order to determine the extent to which students understand the material that has been studied during one semester. The end of semester evaluation (ETS) is carried out at the end of the semester, usually in week 16 (sixteen).
Requirements for students to take part in the end-of-semester evaluation (EAS):
- Registered and active as an ITS student
- Registered as a lecture participant in the course to be evaluated
- Students must attend the learning process of each course at least 80% (eighty) of the number held in one semester (Rector Regulation No. 18 of 2023)
- In the event that students do not fulfill the learning process of less than 80% (eighty), then the final evaluation is not taken into account
COURSE GRADE APPEAL
Course grade appeal is the process of applying for a review of course grades that are deemed inappropriate.
Grade appeal mechanism:
- Students submit an application to the lecturer in charge of the course
- The course instructor conducts a review of the grade appeal application
- If accepted by the course instructor to change the grade in the myITS Academics application
- Maximum change value of 2 (two) months after the deadline for inputting grades in the same semester when taking the course.
