Tulungagung, a regency in East Java, is renowned as the largest marble producer in Indonesia, with an annual production of 2 million cubic meters. However, marble mining and processing activities generate large amounts of waste that can pollute the environment. Utilizing marble waste through upcycling techniques into terrazzo products can be an innovative solution to reduce environmental impact while creating new economic value. This research focuses on the design and business development by exploring the use of marble waste to create high-value home decor products. Market demand trends indicate that home decor products are highly sought after and needed in the coffee shop market, reflecting increased interest in sustainable and environmentally friendly products. The methodology used includes field observations, interviews with coffee shop owners, and secondary data analysis from relevant literature. The concept and main objective of this research are to design home decor products that harmonize with coffee shop interiors, attract consumer interest through the visual characteristics of Tulungagung marble, and apply bundling strategies to increase sales. The research findings show that these products have the potential not only to reduce industrial waste but also to provide functional and attractive decorative solutions for coffee shops. With the right approach, this business can grow and contribute positively to the local environment and economy.
