The development of the MSME food & beverages industry in Indonesia continues to grow in the face of increasing public interest, demanding innovation in marketing and sales strategies. This design is a bazaar booth that can be used for sales and promotions for Food and Beverages MSMEs, with the case study of Nasi Jinggo MSMEs, namely Jinggowati, through a culinary bazaar event as a solution that can support the development of Food & beverages businesses for MSMEs. The research method involves literature study, market needs analysis, and interviews with related MSME owners. This design takes a mixed approach, involving literature studies, analysis of the needs of food & beverages MSME business owners/entrepreneurs with case studies of Jinggowati MSMEs through interviews. Through in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs, the Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booth is designed as a means that is mobile, portable, and can be adapted to various culinary bazaar event locations. This bazaar booth is designed to be easy to move, assemble and adapt to various locations and events. The Booth structure is designed to be foldable, and its mobility allows for efficient use of space and an attractive appearance. Use of materials that are durable and visually attractive. The result of this booth design is a bazaar booth that facilitates the mobility of culinary bazaar activities. It is hoped that it can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the food and beverages industry through the use of Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booths. Thus, the results of this design are expected to have a positive impact on the marketing of MSME products, as well as providing a better shopping experience for consumers.
