The popularity of recreational activities in the mountains in Indonesia is increasing especially in among young people, they dare to risk their lives to climb the mountain, the burden that is placed on the back when carrying a mountain bag can result in the risk of low back pain (LBP). The aim of this research is to design an ultralight bag with a frame for young people that can add comfort in order to minimize the risk of LBP. The method used in this study uses product comparison studies, interviewing prospective users, persona analysis, mapping user experience, needs analysis, ideas, alternative sketches, to testing design ideas on users.
