Waste is one of the environmental issues in Indonesia. Wood waste contributes significantly, especially in the Java region. This is compounded by the suboptimal utilization of wood waste by the community. Meanwhile, the potential of products with wood as a material has a relatively high value in the creative industry. The process begins with experimenting by combining wood with supporting materials, such as etched metal. The etching technique is employed to incorporate traditional artistic methods into jewelry products that convey a modern and luxurious impression. The research phase starts by identifying the types of wood waste to be combined to create the main crown of the jewelry. Experiments are then conducted with metal materials to find the metal that complements wood and the etching technique. Finally, the etching technique is experimented with on the metal material that will be combined with wood waste. This design aims to maximize the utilization of wood waste in Indonesia by combining etched metal into women’s jewelry products with added value.
