ITS provides internet services at the Sukolilo Campus, Manyar Campus, and Cokroaminoto Campus. As a student, you can access the internet using myITS-WiFi SSID at these three locations. Additionally, if you are at an institution that provides eduroam services, then you can access the internet using the eduroam SSID.

You can use the email [your_email]@its.ac.id as your myITS username and password when authenticating for the first time. Here is a complete guide to myITS-WiFi and eduroam authentication.

myITS-WiFi Access Guide

Select your device:

Windows 10/11 devices

1. Select the WiFi icon in the icon tray and make sure your WiFi device is on.

 

2. Select myITS-WiFi SSID, click Connect automatically, and click the Connect button.

 

3. Fill in the username column with the ITS email in the format [your_email]@its.ac.id and fill the Password column using myITS Password. Then click OK.

 

4. A confirmation window will appear, click the Connect button to continue.

5. If the myITS-WiFi status is Connected, secured, then the internet connection on your device is connected.

Android devices

1. Turn on Wi-Fi on your Android device.

2. Select myITS-WiFi SSID.

 

3. Fill in the Identity column with ITS email in the format [your_email]@its.ac.id and fill in the Password column using your myITS password.

 

4. In CA Certificate, select Don’t validate option.

 

5. Activate the Auto reconnect slider. Then, select the Connect button.

 

6. If the myITS-WiFi status is Connected, then the internet connection on your device is connected.

iPhone/iPad devices

1. Turn on Wi-Fi on your iPhone/iPad device.

2. Select myITS-WiFi SSID.

 

3. Fill in the Username column with ITS email in the format [your_name]@its.ac.id and fill in the Password column using your myITS password. Then, click Join.

 

4. A certificate confirmation window will appear, select Trust.

 

5. If there is a blue tick on the myITS-WiFi SSID, then the internet connection on your device is connected.

Mac devices

1. Select the WiFi icon in the icon tray and make sure your WiFi device is on.

2. Select myITS-WiFi SSID, click Connect, and click the Connect button.

 

3. Fill in the Account Name column with your ITS email in the format [your_email]@its.ac.id, and fill the Password column using your myITS Password. Select Remember this information. Then, click OK.

 

4. A certificate confirmation window will appear, select Continue.

 

5. If the myITS-WiFi status is Connected, then the internet connection on your device is connected.

eduroam Access Guide

To access the internet using eduroam, you can select the eduroam SSID and perform the same steps in the myITS-WiFi Access Guide.

Possible issues

Q: I have entered my myITS email and password correctly, but I can’t authenticate. What should I do?

A: You can take the following steps:

1. Ensure that the email and myITS password you are using are correct.
2. Make sure the primary email in the myITS Portal (Account Settings menu) has been verified (green tick). If not, please contact servicedesk.its.ac.id.
3. Ensure you can access the Office 365 Portal on the myITS dashboard by logging in with your myITS email and password. If you cannot log in, update your myITS password via Account Settings menu on the myITS Portal. Wait for 5-10 minutes for synchronization, then try to authenticate with myITS-WiFi again.

Q: I changed my myITS password, and now I can’t connect to myITS-WiFi/eduroam. What should I do?

A: You can follow these steps:

1. Select the myITS-WiFi/eduroam SSID.
2. Choose “Forget network.”
3. Re-authenticate according to the provided instructions.
