- Planning and approval of student course plans and Filling the student course plans form (FRS) at the beginning of each semester.
- Equivalence. You can see the Equivalence process if the curriculum change.
- Attendance Monitoring and print the list of college books.
- Evaluation in every course subject. ( Score entry )
- View and print out transcripts, grades per class, grades per semester, IPK, ranking, recap grades per class.
- IPD Lecturer, evaluating the teaching performance of every lecturers in each class.
- Class quality management (Filling and Monitoring the Self Assesment Report (SAR))
- Update graduation data.

Academic Management Information System (SI Akademik) is one of the main systems that helps the academic process in university especially in ITS. SIM-AKAD has been developed since 1990 and facilitated almost all of the academic process. At the beginning, SIM-AKAD was developed as a single system and as the times goes on and it become more complex, SIM-AKAD developed into several sub-systems.
The main academic business processes in SIM-AKAD are Academic Financial Control, Course Application, Course Scheduling, Course Monitoring, Course Evaluation, Class Evaluation, Yudisium, Course Feedback, Self Assessment Report, Academic Management Reporting.
SIM-AKAD is integrated with e-FINANCE, e-PAYMENT, e-HRM, e-ACTIVITIES and e-SCHOLARSHIP.
