About Talent Academy

Talent Academy is implemented by Lab. Application Development and Data Services (ADDS), DPTSI – ITS.

The aim of the Talent Academy is to train ITS Undergraduate and Applied Undergraduate students who have programming or UI / UX design skills so they can implement and develop real web-based applications.

Silabus

Flow

  1. Registration:
    Participants register and submit required documents according to schedule via the link https://intip.in/pendaftarantalentacademy
  2. Selection:
    – Document / portfolio selection
    – Independent Assessment from HackerRank (mandatory for Web Developers)
    – Interview test
  3. Training:
    Execution according to the selected talent path
  4. Internship:
    At DPTSI at least 6 months (can be extended based on performance)
  5. Competency certificate

Document Requirements

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  2. Portfolio
  3. Grade Transcripts
  4. Scan KTM
  5. Independent assessment certificate from HackerRank (mandatory for Web Developers)

Selection

  1. Document / portfolio selection

  2. Independent Assessment from www.hackerrank.com (required for Web Developers):

  3. Interview test

Talent Path

Web Developer

  1. For ITS Undergraduate and Applied Bachelor students at least semester 5
  2. Passed MK Object-Based Programming
  3. Passed MK Web Based Programming
  4. Passed MK Database
  5. Pass a self-assessment using HackerRank (www.hackerrank.com) on the topics:
    • Basic Problem Solving
    • Intermediate Problem Solving

UI / UX Designer

  1. For ITS Undergraduate and Applied Bachelor students at least semester 5
  2. Passed Human and Computer Interaction MK or User Experience Design MK

Benefit

  1. Competencies obtained through training according to the talent path
  2. Credit conversion (conversion decisions are submitted to each department)
  3. The internship contract at DPTSI is 6 months (and can be extended based on performance)
  4. Incentives during internships
