The signing of the 2020 Ministry Fund Research and Community Service Contract

In connection with the 2020 Ministry Fund Research and Community Service, we hereby convey the following:

Lecturers who receive funding can download the contract file in their respective SIMPel ITS accounts.
Contract files are printed in color, then stamped and signed. The procedure guide through SIMPel ITS can be accessed at https://intip.in/mekanismekontraksimpeldepartemen
Documents that have been signed must be sent collectively through the TU of each department to the ITS DRPM office from 10 August to 14 August 2020 a maximum of 15.00 WIB.
The disbursement of funds is carried out by the Department no later than August 31, 2020 after the researchers have signed the contract.
The department is expected to collect data related to account data and NPWP listed in each contract for the purposes of the process of disbursing funds to the accounts of each beneficiary.
