Nutrifood Research Grant Program Registration 2020

The Nutrifood Research Center Grant 2020 is a research fund assistance program provided for researchers, lecturers, and students to support the birth of quality research related to limiting the consumption of sugar, salt and fat; as part of Nutrifood’s mission to inspire a healthier life for Indonesians.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

  1. Support and increase the quantity and quality of research related to sugar, salt and fat management in Indonesia
  2. Establish collaborative relationships between research practitioners, academia and industry
  3. Participate in reducing non-communicable diseases and creating a healthier Indonesian society

TOPIC DETAILS

  • Evaluation of the effect of limiting or consuming excess sugar, salt and fat on metabolic biomarkers (including genomics, transcriptomics & proteomics areas)
  • Development of alternative commercial food ingredients to limit sugar, salt and fat intake
  • Food technology approach as a strategy to produce low sugar, salt and fat products
  • Development of effective educational methods and interventions to limit sugar, salt and fat intake

RESEARCH FUNDING
The Nutrifood Research Center Grant 2020 provides research funds with the following conditions for maximum submission:

  • Rp 50.000.000,00/ proposal for Active student S1
  • Rp 100.000.000,00/ proposal for Active student S2
  • Rp 200.000.000,00/ proposal for Lecturer and Researcher

Deadline for submission is March 20, 2020
