In connection with the implementation of Research and Community Service, ITS Funds and Batch 1 Work Unit Funds in 2021, and based on the Decree of the ITS Chancellor Number T/1406/IT2/HK.00.01/2021 concerning Recipients of Research Grants for the Ten November Institute of Technology Funds in 2021, the Rector’s Decree ITS Number T/1407/IT2/HK.00.01/2021 concerning Winners of Research on Work Unit Funds within the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Batch 1 of 2021, ITS Chancellor’s Decree Number T/1408/IT2/HK.00.01/2021 concerning Recipients of Service Grants Community Funding Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember Year 2021, ITS Chancellor Decree Number T/1409/IT2/HK.00.01/2021 regarding Winners of Community Service Funds for Work Units within the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Batch 1 of 2021, hereby we convey the following: as follows :

1. The procedure guide for signing contract documents through SIMPel ITS can be downloaded via https://s.id/MekanismeUnduhKontrakSimpel
2. The head of the funding recipient activity can download the contract file in their respective ITS SIMPel accounts.
3. Contract files are printed in color, then stamped and signed.
4. The number of stamps required: (a) ITS funds of 7 (seven) stamp duty Rp. 10,000. (b) Work Unit (Department/Faculty/Unit) funds in the amount of 6 (six) stamp duty Rp. 10,000.
5. In addition to using a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000, the researcher/servant can also use a stamp duty with a total value of at least Rp. 9,000. Examples of stamp combinations are as follows: (a) IDR 6,000 + IDR 6,000; (b) IDR 6,000 + IDR 3,000; (c) IDR 3,000 + IDR 3,000 + IDR 3,000.
6. If there is a change in the Research/Servant team, you can send an application to the DRPM using a form that can be downloaded via https://s.id/PergantianTim.
7. Files that have been signed can be sent collectively to the ITS DRPM office through the TU staff of their respective Departments, or can be sent by post addressed to: Directorate of Research and Community Service, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Research Center Building Lobby Floor (L ) Jl. Teknik Kimia, ITS Sukolilo Campus Surabaya 60111.
8. It is hoped that the file has been received by the ITS DRPM on June 8, 2021 a maximum of 16.00 WIB.
9. For research and work unit abmas funds, each work unit is expected to collect data related to account data and NPWP listed in each contract for the purpose of disbursing funds to the account of each beneficiary.
