As in previous semesters, students who will participate in the Yudisium for ITS Graduation Period 125 are required to fill out the student data form, which will be used by the Department of Physics FSAD as supplementary data for the Tracer Study.
Filling out this form is mandatory. Students must include a screenshot of the completed form as one of the required documents for the Yudisium application.
