Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, accreditation for study programs at Higher Education is currently no longer carried out by BAN-PT, but by appointed Independent Accreditation Institutions. For natural sciences and formal sciences, study program accreditation is now carried out by LAMSAMA (Independent Accreditation Institute for Natural Sciences and Formal Science). Bachelor of Physics has been declared a study program with “Unggul” accreditation (the highest accreditation) which is valid until December 21, 2027.
