Have you ever wanted to know how to make things happen? Maybe you want to make a music project, or a business project, or science project? But the problem is you do not know the basics on managing a project, or even you do not know what a project is. Project management is the discipline of managing all the different resources and aspects of the project in such a way that the resources will deliver all the output that is required to complete the project within the defined scope, time, and cost constraints. These are agreed upon in the project initiation stage and by the time the project begins all stakeholders and team members will have a clear understanding and acceptance of the process, methodology and expected outcomes.
In this opportunity, SPE ITS SC will provide a Soft Skill Course 3.0: “Making Things Happen by Mastering Your Project Management Skills” with Mr. Ihsan Barran Lubis, where he will share his experience on managing projects!
