The new student admissions selection program for undergraduate programs at ITS, refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Permenristekdikti) Number 2 of 2015, concerning New Student Admissions for Undergraduate Programs at State Universities, as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology , and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 45 of 2015. The selection program is carried out through 3 selection channels, namely:
The capacity of new ITS undergraduate students for each study program accepted through SNMPTN 30% (thirty percent) in each study program, through SBMPTN 40% (forty percent) in each study program and through 30% (thirty percent) self-selection ) in each study program.

The ITS Computer Science Doctoral Program is one of the study programs under the Department of Computer Science ITS Informatics. Registration for S3 Computer Science ITS is carried out only once a year (Period Odd). For the administrative process, the registration process is coordinated by the ITS Postgraduate with administrative requirements that can be seen on the registration requirements page For information, at ITS postgraduate registration, there are study programs that accept students 2 times a year, but for the Department of Informatics, registration is only once a year, namely odd semesters (Following the schedule of the ITS Postgraduate)
1. Tuition fee The tuition fee is 15 million/semester, for the registration administration fee coordinated by ITS (centralized) no one goes through the study program.
2. Promoter To complete the administrative requirements, a recommendation from a prospective promoter is required. To registration for doctoral students, for prospective doctoral promoters there must be 1 professor or lecturer with doctoral education qualifications and a minimum academic position of head lecturer, from the ITS computer science doctoral program the list of professors and their emails are as follows:

Prepare a draft of your proposal/research idea for your doctoral studies and discuss it with the candidate promoter via email/direct. As for the co-promoter (for the registration period is still optional) can be seen from the teaching staff. Prospective registrants can also first discuss with prospective co-promoters who might be able to provide alternative promoters appropriate. The first step to do: Get a potential promoter !!
3. Entrance Exam Currently, emphasizing the examination of prospective students’ research readiness. An evaluation of the proposal is carried out and there is also a presentation exam with the assumption that the prospective doctoral student has been consulted with the candidate promoter.
4. Lectures The lecture system is full time where 12 credits are the first stage pre-qualification exam (2 semesters) and 28 credits (4 semesters) is the dissertation stage. Student those who are accepted will receive a computer allocation and (in the doctoral residency room), besides being able to conduct research in related research laboratories. The first year will focus more on the preparation of research proposals to be researched in the doctoral program which will be filled with research methodologies and research seminars on plans student research. Full time obligations must be carried out during the study period. After graduate qualification exam (doctoral candidate), filled with research that is evaluated in each semester progress (in the form of seminars and internal presentations). At this stage students are also expected to have succeeded in having publications (in international journals / Minimum Scopus) with full acceptance status, as one of the graduation requirements of doctoral candidates.
5. Scholarship Currently, prospective students of the ITS Computer Science Doctoral Program can take advantage of the opportunity through BPPDN scholarships and excellent scholarships to finance their studies. Procedure Scholarship registration is done directly (on-line).
