Judicial Registration’s Form

Judicial Requirements:

1. Free Certificate of Central Library

2. Copy of SKEM Card

3. Graduation Form (can be taken in the TU 206 room)

4. Photograph 3 × 4 dressed in formal clothes without glasses, wearing a suit – tie (printed in black and white as many as 3 pieces on a dop photo paper (not glossy) for a diploma

5. Last Copy of Diploma

6. Draft Diploma (can be printed at INTEGRA) All files are submitted to Mr. Edi (administration’s Room for Academic Affairs) for verification process of Judiciary Registration
