Global Joint Education Center for Science and Technology (GJEC) of Graduate School of Science and Technology (GSST), Kumamoto University, Japan and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia are pleased to announce the 10th International Student Conference on Advanced Science and Technology (ICAST) which will be held at ITS on September 17th and 18th, 2015.
ICAST has been serving to promote international exchange among graduate students and young researchers in various fields of the advanced science and technology since the first conference in Kumamoto in 2008. In addition to Kumamoto the past ICAST took place in Peking University (China), EwhaWomans University (Korea), Ege University (Turkey), Shandong University (China), University of Seoul (Korea) and Blaise Pascal University (France). Active participation of students not only in presentation but also in management of the conference is vital to ICAST. This year the program includes Research Session and General Session in the fields indicated below. Participation of undergraduate students is encouraged as well.

Research Session Students (graduate students, research students and undergraduate students who are conducting research) will give presentation on their research data either in oral or poster session of the following fields.Mathematics
If the number of registered papers have reached the maximum quota, the committee is entitled to shift into poster with prior notification.
General Session Students (mainly undergraduate students, but not excluding graduate students) will present their opinions and ideas on issues related to “energy, environment, natural disasters and challenges facing the society related to science and technology”. The selected participants of ICAST 2015 will be announced by the end of July 2015 along with their presentation number by email.
All additional registration form for second speaker and supervisor should be submitted to icast2015@its.ac.id with the subject "Registration Form_ID Number/Presentation No." by no later than August 31st 2015.
Deadline for submission of revised abstract (for all participants) :
For all selected participants who are accpeted with revision, please kindly send the revised abstract (200 words) to icast2015@its.ac.id with the subject : "Revised Abstract_ID Number/Presentation No," e.g Revised Abstract_G1-000 no later than August 10th 2015.
Deadline for submission of paper (only for participants who are willing to put their paper on proceeding) :

Paper Editorial Review Process : August 15th – 20th 2015
Paper Editorial Review Result : August 21st 2015
Paper Submission (after being revised) : August 28th 2015
Presenters for Research Session should submit a two-page paper. Presenters for General Session should submit a one-page paper.
