ECTS and DS Label
Fatih University has made its credit transfer system compatible with European Credit Transfer System (ETCS). Courses are consisted of lectures, seminars and applications, and for each course ECTS credits are assigned. An ECTS coordinator is designated for every department. The coordinator facilitates students for all ECTS related works.
The results of this effort, Fatih University received ECTS and DS Label after the selection of the Education, Audio-visual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Fatih University is one of the rare universities to deserve to get these labels in Europe and there are now only 6 foundation universities among the 168 Higher Education Institutions in Turkey that has both labels.
