Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) delighted to present their great program, UTeM Global Outreach Programme (UGOReach) 2015 with theme "Solving Local Problem with Global Solution". This program will be held on 3-18 August 2015.
This UTeM Global Outreach Programme with the theme of Solving Local Problem with Global Solution exposes participants to the essence of Malaysia. Within the two weeks stay in Melaka Malaysia, the participants will get to go through our special technical / entrepreneurship programme, the participants will experience the real Malaysian countryside lifestyle through the Homestay Programme with selected local families and the participants will also get the chance to explore the tropical rain forest at National Park in Pahang.This UTeM Global Outreach Programme with the theme of Solving Local Problem with Global Solution exposes participants to the essence of Malaysia. This programme is an eye-opener towards understanding different cultures and lifestyles. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the history, the ecosystem of undisturbed rainforest in Malaysia, the nature, the cultures and the society of Malaysia.

This UTeM Cultural Exposure Programme is open for 30 abroad students from their partner universities / industries with any academic background. There is no specific technical or practical skills are required to join our program. With the various attractive activities offered within two (2) weeks of time, the fee in joining program is quite reasonable which is:
This fee includes all, accommodation, meals, airport pick up and drop off, scheduled local transportation, sight-seeing / tours, course materials and all the activities provided except roundtrip ticket.
However, UTeM offer 2 places for ITS students, 1 full scholarship and 1 50% scholarship. For ITS Students who want to apply please submit the documents (hardcopy) below :
1. Application Form (you can download it from the website)
2. Copy of Passport
3. Passport sized photo
4. Academic Transcript in English version
5. Statement Letter that you will cover all the expenses to join this program
6. Copy of TOEFL Score
7. Motivation Letter why you want to join this program (maks 1000 word)
