Day 6 CommTECH Highlight 2016

Today is the 6th day of CommTECH Camp Highlight 2016. Today, the participants joined a City Tour to learn the history of every side of Surabaya. The first stop was the monument of heroes. The participants had a chance to make a handmade pottery and watch a documentary movie about the big battle of Indonesian Warriors against The British Army.
The next destination was the House of Sampoerna (a cigarrete museum) or well known as the oldest cigarette company in Indonesia. The participants weren't allowed to take any photo there. Then, they were waiting and relaxing until lunch time in The Javasche Bank near the museum.
After joined city tour, participants visited Small & Medium Entreprises (UKM) such as Cake, Crackers, Embroidery, Shells, and Tempe Village. They were given vouchers and they could exchange it with the products in each village. All these villages are supported and powered by the government under The Ministry of Trade and Industry (Disperdagin) Surabaya. This activity is not the end of today's journey because at 11 p.m, they will leave surabaya for trip to Bromo Mountain.
