Dear ITS students,
The Asean Youth Volunteer Programme (AYVP) is entering its fifth year in 2017 and will be held in Indonesia from 1st to 26th August. This programme is organized by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia. It is supported by ASEAN Secretariat and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), with Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) as implementing partner in Indonesia.
This year, AYVP takes the theme of Development of ASEAN Youth Disaster Risk Reduction Leaders through Volunteerism and Community Engagement.
This program is open for all ASEAN nationals aged 18-30 years old, fluent in English with experience in volunteerism and leadership, passionate about DRR and serving communities in need, with a DRR project idea that will benefit the community in their home countries.
