21st July was the 9th day of CommTECH Camp Highlight 2017. On this 9th day, they worked on each of their projects with the project assistant. There are 9 groups, which each has different project. The project could be anything but it must be about Indonesia, especially Surabaya. Because, they have different topic for each group, it makes them having a different subject, different object to do and also different place to visit.
One of the groups has Indonesian’s food for the topic and they went around Surabaya City to find some unique Indonesian’s foods together. They went to the mall, even they also bought food at roadside stalls. Maybe this was a new experience for them. They were really enjoying the taste of Indonesian’s cuisine.
Then, there is also a group who take waste water treatment for their topic. So, they went to Indonesian’s Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in Surabaya. They hold Q and A sessions along with the officers. They were very excited to know how Surabaya treat the waste water. There, they also could see the tools to treat the waste water, so they know the visualization of waste water treatment in Surabaya.
They chosed many interesting topics for their project and it’s fun to do it. Some groups were even willing to stay up late to finish the project. Keep up the good work! because today is your last day to finish the project before going to Bromo tomorrow.
