BIT Student Exchange Fall Semester 2018

Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) China would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for fall semester (intake September 2018 is already opened).  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However, the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in China including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees, facility fee & Insurance. 

This program is open for ITS Students S1 minimum batch 2016 & S2 minimum complete one semester.

Fee for Exchange Students

Application fee is CNY 500.

Medical insurance fee is CNY 300 / half year and CNY 600/year.

You will need to meet your own travel expenses, accommodation charges, living expenses and any additional spending money.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. CV

2. Certificate of Enrollment

3. An Official Academic Transcript in English version

4. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor

5. Photocopy of the applicant's passport information page (at least valid until one year)

6. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT  (You can use EFL minimum 500)

7. One or Two Page Statemen Purpose/Study Plan

8. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ ) Please only submit with your department coordinator ( Head of Dept ) signed only. You don't need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.

9. Statement Letter (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )

10.  Evidence of financial support.  (You can submit this file later)

11. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (printed by Chinese quarantine authority). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

The incomplete documents can't be process by study abroad team

For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF format except photo in JPEG format ) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_BIT_Name_NRP maximum on Friday, May 4, 2018 (23.59 WIB). You must bring your original learning agreement & statement letter at Interview Selection ( around 7 – 11 May 2018)
