Asia University Summer Programs 2018

Hello, ITS Fellows!

 

This year, the Taiwan’s Asia University offers nine tuition fee-waived, summer programs for ITS students who want to experience and expand study abroad.
The programs offers wide variety of courses that suit your interests.

 

The chosen candidates, however, will be responsible for:

1. Transportation tickets (international and national flights)

2. Dormitory fee US$5/day

3. Meals US$6/day
4. Personal expenses

Eligibility:

All batch and all level students of ITS

 

Requirement:

1. Complete the bit.ly link for registration by ITS (https://bit.ly/2DMEFWK)   

2. Complete the form of enrollment by Asia University (see https://bit.ly/2pKys5v or https://bit.ly/2DMEFWK)  

3. Official Academic Transcript in English version

4. Certificate of Enrollment (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif ITS dalam bahasa Inggris) (see http://io.its.ac.id/short-programs-for-its/) 

5. Certificate of English Profiency (EFL is acceptable)

6. Passport (min. 1 year validity)

7. Funding Request Form

8. Statement letter (see http://io.its.ac.id/short-programs-for-its/) 

9. Motivation letter “Why I Am Eligible for Summer Program at Asia University” (500 words, TNR 12, space 1.5) 

 

Important Dates:

o Deadline of submission: April 5, 2018 (12.00 WIB)

o Softcopy, PDF 

o Send to Ms. Debby at studyabroad@its.ac.id with format subject Apply_AsiaUni_SummerProgram_Name_NRP

o Interview: 6 April, 2018, at 16.00 WIB

 

The incomplete & over deadline application will not process by Study Abroad Team.

 

Applicants must bring the original statement letter during the interview session. 

 

Applicants must attend the interview session and ITS IO will not conduct online interview.
