Introduction
IoT and Information Security Laboratory of Department of Computer Science, Pusan National University is inviting excellent candidates for MS/PhD Positions. There are two research areas: Information Security and Internet of Things (IoT) / Blockchain. Information Security areas encompass Hardware issues in Cryptomodule, System security, TLS Hardware design, Quantum cryptography and ASIC / FPGA design. While IoT / Blockchains areas cover Security & Privacy Issues in Blockchain, Issues in Blockchain for IoT applications, IoT platform, and Sensor network.
Successful candidates will receive research scholarship (1,500~2,000 USD/month for PhD. student and 1,200 USD/month for MS student). The scholarship would cover both tuition fees and living expenses. For more information of Lab, you can visit the website: http://infosec.pusan.ac.kr.
Qualifications :
• Has Indonesian nationality
• Has graduated or will be graduated by September 2018 (either Bachelor/Master)
• Has undergraduate GPA more than 3.25/4.0
• Has excellent programming skills
• Has good analytical thinking skills
• Has good English Proficiency (Preferably TOEFL > 500 or IELTS > 5.5 or TOEIC > 800)
• Has ability to present and report in English
• Team oriented and target oriented person
• Preferably intend to do PhD degree (for master) or Integrated MS-PhD degree (for bachelor)
