Falling Walls Lab Jakarta

Dear ITS Students,

DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is an organization of higher education institutions and German students' association. Through many programs which had been held by DAAD, its aim is to increase academical collaboration all over the globe, especially through students, academics, and researchers exchange. DAAD has over 3000 alumni in Indonesia through many programs and collaborations.

This year is the third year for DAAD Jakarta Regional Office to organize Falling Walls Lab Jakarta, a competition of science from many aspects on an international scale. This competition is supported by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Germany.

They invite S1, S2, and S3 Students of ITS to participate in this competition, which will be held on:

Falling Walls Lab Jakarta is dedicated to the talented, highly motivated people, who have ideas and innovations in the field of knowledge and business. This competition is open to young professionals, S1 and S2 graduates, S3 graduates or candidates, postdocs, and entrepreneurs.

In this competition, participants will be competing in, present their ideas and innovations in English for 3 minutes in 3 PowerPoint slides in front of the judges from various fields of science and business. One winner from this competition will be invited to Berlin for the final on 8 November 2018 and visit Falling Walls Conference, which will be attended also by famous scientists from all over the world on 9 Novermber 2018.
