Greetings from Lyon!
Isara, an engineering school specialised in agriculture, agribusiness, and environment is happy to present International Summer School 2020 : Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems European to you. An event about comprehensive overview on how the French agri-food sector functions, including the whole value chain, from the farm to the fork.
This program will be held on July 18, 2020 – August 2nd, 2020 at Isara Lyon, France. This program includes academic programs such as lectures, case studies, and workshop about :
- European agriculture
- Economics
- Agronomy & Ecology
- Traditional, local food systems
- Food typicity
- Sensory analysis
You will also have the chance to visit and experience:
