Scott’s research currently focuses on feminism in organisations. Current projects include the use of quotas to change women’s representation in political parties, and women working in the craft brewing sector. He teaches on a range of modules across the Business School and supervises PhD students. He is currently the Director of Admissions for the Business School alongside his teaching commitments.
Dr Rebecca Mitchell
Programme Director BSc & MSc Business Analytics
University of Exeter Business School
Beccy is a Senior Lecturer in the University of Exeter Business School department for Science, Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship. She is Programme Director for the MSc Business Analytics. She has a PhD in Applied Mathematics, and prior to working in academia she undertook roles in the Investment Management sector, and at the UK Met Office where she was Head of Emerging Markets. Her primary research interests are focused on how environmental data can be used to support business decision making.
Dr Tomás Rotta
Lecturer in Economics

Tomás Rotta is Lecturer in Economics in the Institute of Management Studies at Goldsmiths and Visiting Lecturer in the MSc Economics program at SOAS University of London. He holds a PhD and an MS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, USA and specialises in Political Economy.
Director of Teaching in the Department of Computer Science
University of Bath
Dr Hayes has worked as a software engineer and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Information Technology Professional. He holds a number of accolades in recognition of his excellence in Learning and Teaching, including a National Teaching Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy, the University of Bath’s prize for Leadership in Learning and Teaching, and an invitation by the Australian government to be an international member of a reference group for Learning and Teaching.
Dr Richard Harvey
Professor of Computer Science at UEA
Academic Director for Admissions and the Academic Director of Internationalisation.
University of East Anglia
Dr Harvey specialises in in solving problems in AI and Computer Vision and Signal Processing. He has taught and supervised countless students to help them in achieving their goals at UEA’s School of Computing Science. Recently he has been focusing on visual speech recognition technology, which could help people with hearing and speech impairments as well as help with fighting crime.
Dr Harvey holds several posts in the Vice-Chancellor’s office. He has also acted as a consultant for several international companies as an Executive and Non-Executive Director including the start-up sector.
Dr. Leonardo Aniello
Lecturer in Cyber Security
University of Southampton
Dr Aniello is also a member of the Cyber Security Research Group. He obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering in Computer Science in 2014 from “La Sapienza” University of Rome, with a thesis about techniques for processing Big Data in large-scale environments by adopting a collaborative approach, and with the aim of improving the timeliness of the elaboration. His research studies are currently focused on cyber security aspects, including malware analysis, blockchain-based systems, IoT security analysis, cyber threat intelligence and privacy-preserving data sharing. Leonardo is author of more than 30 papers about these topics, published in international conferences, workshops, journals and books.
