GTI (Global Technology Initiative) Consortium was established in 2015 and one of the most important businesses for SIT. GTI Consortium aims to foster global engineers/scientists and create technological innovations by strengthening the collaborations between industry-government-academia based in Japan and all over the world. Currently, GTI Consortium members consist of 9 government agencies, 37 universities and 175 industries.
In the symposium, you will be introduced of the activities of Industry-Academia-Government collaboration for human resource development. As for special speeches, the SIT will report on how the GTI consortium has been used in industry-academia-government global PBL, internship, and recruitment, and will lead to further collaboration of future activities.
