A Semester Exchange at Hochschule Darmstadt Winter Semester 2021
Exchange for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students,
Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, Germany would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for winter semester 2021 (intake End Sept 2021 – Early of March 2021) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Germany including roundtrip flight ticket and insurance

Estimated Cost of Living – per month:
• Rent 450 €
• Electricity 20€
• Health insurance approx. 90 €
• Material for study 50 €
• Food, Clothing, etc. 320 €
On time costs for the semester:
• Administrative Semester Fee (social fees) 220 € (subject to change)
• Housing Deposit 450 €
A free bus ticket for buses, trams and local trains in the entire RMV-area (including most of the state of Hessen) is included in the Campus Card.
Please note that all the exchange students must take intensive german course. This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2018 & 2019 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer credit minimum 10 SKS.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:
- CV
- Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
- Learning Agreement (Download it here bit.ly/its-student-exchange). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator
- Official Academic Transcript in English version
- A Valid English Proficiency English Test (You can use TOEFL/EFL with minimum Score is 500, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 500)
- One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
- Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 1 year)

The incomplete application will not processed by Study Abroad Team.
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF Format) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject: StudentExchange_Darmstadt_Name_NRP maximum on 26 March 2021 (16.00 WIB). The interview selection will be held on 30/31 March 2021.
