Dear ITS Students,
Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Lingen Campus (Germany) is currently accepting applications for our international Summer University Lingen (SUL). The SUL is expected to take place on campus from August 22 until September 04, 2021. If the COVID-19 situation does not allow an on-site SUL, we will offer a virtual program.
During the SUL, German and international students will work on the topic of “Global Players and Hidden Champions: Business and Technology Made in Germany”. Lingen Campus is a fantastic place for a summer abroad because we put theory into practice:
Through our collaborations with companies in the region, students will visit several international operating companies to gain insight into the regional, international, and global procedures of companies in Germany, the city of Lingen and its surrounding area. A great way to network with future employers!
In addition, many activities and small excursions to neighboring cities such as Münster, Osnabrück or Bremen enable participants to get to know each other, learn more about our region and Germany. By attending the program, students will improve soft skills such as communication (due to presentations and discussions in English), teamwork with international groups, intercultural skills and critical thinking.
Applications can be submitted until May 1, 2021. The program fee is EUR 1,200. Students who submit their application by March 1 will pay the early-bird fee of EUR 1000.
