A Semester Exchange Program at UTT France Fall Semester 2021
Exchange for ITS Students
University of Technology of Troyes (UTT) France would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall semester 2021 (Sept 2021 – Jan 2022) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in France including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

This program open for ITS Students S1 batch 2019 & 2018 and also S2 all batch
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.00 (out of 4.0)
3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid min one year)
4. Latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score: TOEFL/EFL/TEFL min 477 (Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa is acceptable)
5. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages), Please indicate why you need to take your courses choices
6. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept only. You may leave blank for institutional coordinator section
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_UTT_Name_NRP maximum on 26 March 2021 (16.00 WIB). the interview selection will be held on 29 March 2021 afternoon/evening
