MSc Program in Maritime Economics and Logistics (MEL) is run by a private Center within the Erasmus University Rotterdam which has been triple accredited, which can be found on the attached brochure.
Please note that this program is very quantitative, which means that all applicants need to have a background in economics, statistics and mathematics with good grades. If they do not have a background in these courses, then they will be required to take a GMAT with a minimum 550 total score. If they have work experience in the maritime and logistics industry, this is an added bonus in their application. If they have a background in Engineering, then they are also good candidates.
The tuition fee for the 2020-2021 academic year is 26.300 Euros, this is only for the program. Information about living costs in The Netherlands, can be found here. After graduation from the MEL program, students will be given a 1 year time period to live and work in The Netherlands. You can find more information about this here.
Also, you can find more information about the career prospects after graduating MEL on here. It includes a list of alumni profiles from each academic year and it is linked to their Linkedin Profile, so prospective applicants can have an idea of the type of jobs they can expect to have after graduating MEL.
