(Urgent) A Semester Exchange Program at HZ Univ of Applied Sciences Fall Semester 2021

HZ University of Applied Sciences Netherlands would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall semester 2021 (Sept 2021 – Jan 2022) is already opened.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, independent quarantine, dorms and living expenses in Netherlands including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance. Please kindly note that the program can be cancelled due to covid-19 situation

ITS Students need to took minimun 22,5 ECTS and maximum 35 ECTS. Please make sure that you transfer minimum 10 SKS.

This program open for ITS Students S1 batch 2018 & 2019 and also S2 all batch

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV (maximum 2 pages)

2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 2,75 (out of 4.0)

3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Validity minimum one year from August 2021)

4. Latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score: TOEFL/EFL/TEFL min 477 (Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable, you may use TOEFL prediction)

5. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages).

7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept only. You may leave blank for institutional coordinator section

8. Certificate of Enrollment

The incomplete application will not processed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
