Shibaura Insitute of Technology (SIT) Japan opens a virtual student exchange program for Fall Semester 2021 intake (24Sept 2021 – 25 Jan 2022) for ITS students. The tuition fee for this program is waived and a physical presence in Japan is not required since this program will be running online. However, the selected students need to pay the application fee with amount JPY 15.000
ITS Students are recommended to take partial exchange by taking courses from both ITS and SIT. For example, ITS students can take up to 4 courses. By choosing this type, the student will be registered as a full-time student at ITS and she/he will still have to pay a full amount of UKT to ITS. Please pay attention to the schedule of selected courses from SIT to make sure it will not have a time conflict with the courses schedule at ITS.
Please kindly pay attention that students need to transfer minimum 1 course. It would be great if you can transfer all the courses. Please kindly consult with your dept about courses selection and transfer credit process
You may check the schedule course at this link: http://timetable.sic.shibaura-it.ac.jp/
