Housing

Visa
Applying for the visa is mandatory for most of the non EU countries and has to be made at the French consulate in your country of origin.
Health insurance
EU Students need only a European health insurance card (or temporary certificate) valid for the entire academic year. Living expenses
Estimated cost for living expenses in Paris on a monthly basis: – Housing: 500-800 € – Food: 150-250 € – Transportation: 40 € Total budget: 700 – 1100 €
ITS students are compulsory to do take and transfer credit (min 10 SKS for S1 , min 6 SKS for S2)
This program is opened for ITS students from related departments with criteria below:
– S1 batch 2019 & 2018
– S2 who completed min 1 semester
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.0 (out of 4.0)
3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid min one year)
4. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL min 550 (For a moment you can use EFL UTS min 550), IBT 79. You can’t use TOEFL prediction
5. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
6. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
7. Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement ISEP version
in sending university section later will be filled by ITS Global Engagement
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.
8.Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program, S2 applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
