Virtual Exchange Program at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) Japan Intake Spring 2022
Exchange for ITS Students
Shibaura Insitute of Technology (SIT) Japan opens a virtual student exchange program for Spring Semester 2022 intake (11 April – 26 July) for ITS students. The tuition fee for this program is waived and a physical presence in Japan is not required since this program will be running online. However, the selected students need to pay the application/registration fee with amount JPY 15.000
ITS Students are recommended to take partial exchange by taking courses from both ITS and SIT. For example, ITS students can take up to 4 courses. By choosing this type, the student will be registered as a full-time student at ITS and she/he will still have to pay a full amount of UKT to ITS. Please pay attention to the schedule of selected courses from SIT to make sure it will not have a time conflict with the courses schedule at ITS.
Please kindly pay attention that students need to transfer minimum 1 course. It would be great if you can transfer all the courses. Please kindly consult with your dept about courses selection and transfer credit process

[Tips]
- Look under “SIT Mobility Program Participants”
- Check all the available courses by clicking “All courses” or choose by the department. You can take courses from any department.
- Possible to take the courses from both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level if you meet the prerequisites of each course.
This program is only eligible for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2019 & 2020 and S2 all batch from related departments.
Required documents:
- CV (please make sure that you write clearly full name, birth of date, phone number and email in this CV)
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 2,75)
- Scanned Passport Information page (if any) or you may replace with your scanned of ID citizen
- The latest of English Proficiency, only IELTS with score 5.5-6.5 or TOEFL iBT with score 72-94 will be accepted (The screenshoot score of EFL from UPT Bahasa web is not acceptable)
- 1 recomendation letter from your lecturer
- Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ). Those files must be signed by applicants and the Head/Secretary of Department
- Pledge Form ( Please kindly signed it and leave blank for institution coordinator section)
- Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
We will not process the incomplete application or late submission application
Please send all of the soft copy of required documents to Mr. Ade at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : VirtualExchange_SIT_Spring2022_Name_NRP no later than 15 February 2022 (16.00 WIB). The online interview selection will be held between around 17 February 2022 afternoon/evening (depend of number applicants)
