Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall semester 2022 (Intake 1 Sept – 22 Dec 2022) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms, independent quiarantine, visa fees and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Insurance.
This program is opened for ITS students Bachelor level (D4/S1) batch 2019 & 2020. ITS Students can enroll in 3-6 academic courses(9-15 credits), plus 3 credits of Korean language class. Please note that ITS Students must take & credit minimum 10 sks. Exchange students will be also offered the chance to participate in various extracurricular activities such as industrial tours and cultural experiences. Information on Accommodation All incoming exchange students are registered for the on-campus housing. Estimated costs for onesemester stay The Estimated Budget for one semester (15 weeks) at the KIT is : Items Fee (USD) / Semester (Approx.) On-campus Housing $700 (No meal option) Living Expenses (Meal etc.) $400*4 months = $1,600 Student Insurance $40*4 months = 160$ Student support (Book, etc.) $300 Total $2,760
Visa requirements Students need to obtain the D-2 Visa with the admission and the invitation letter which will be issued by KIT. Insurance requirements International students staying in Korea are subject to a mandatory subscription to National health insurance from March, 2021. Monthly contributions for international students for 2021 was 43,490 KRW. Monthly contributions for 2022 will also very similar to 2021’s amount

The incomplete application will not processed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
