A Semester Exchange Program at ESME Paris France Fall Semester 2022

ESME Paris France would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Fall semester 2022  is already opened.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, independent quarantine, dorms and living expenses in France including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance. Please kindly note that the program can be cancelled due to covid-19 situation

Please kindly note that ESME Sudria does not provide on-campus housing but its Housing Office and International Office can provide students with guidance and recommendations for room/apartment/host family in the Paris area. ESME Sudria partners with a Housing provider that helps international students in their search for accommodation.

We highly recommend you to check the requirements upon entering France, on the embassy of France’s website for further details.

 On February 12th, 2022, precautions and requirements have been eased, yet the main guidelines are as follows :

• For students vaccinated within the meaning of European regulations, no more tests are required on departure. Proof of a complete vaccination schedule becomes sufficient to arrive in France, regardless of the country of origin, as was the case before the distribution of the Omicron variant.
• For unvaccinated students, the obligation to present a negative test to travel to France remains, but the measures on arrival (test, isolation) are lifted when they come from countries on the “green” list, characterized by a moderate circulation of the virus.
• When unvaccinated travelers come from a country on the “orange” list, they must continue to present a compelling reason justifying the need for them to come to mainland France and may still be subject to a random test on arrival. Travelers who test positive will have to isolate themselves, in accordance with the recommendations of the Health Insurance.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV (maximum 2 pages)

2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 2,75 (out of 4.0)

3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Validity minimum one year from August 2021)

4. Latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score: TOEFL/EFL from UPT Bahasa min 477, IELTS min 5,5,  TOEFL IBT  min 65 (Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa, EFL Dirpendik & TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable)

5. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages), Please indicate why you need to take your courses choices

7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept only. You may leave blank for institutional coordinator section

8. The latest formal photo in JPG format

9 .Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for S1 only)

The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
