AGH University of Science and Technology Exchange Winter Semester 2022/2023
Exchange for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students,
AGH University of Science and Technology Exchange would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Winter Semester is already opened. However the accepted students are responsible for their tuition fee, dormitory, learning materials and living expenses in Poland including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Visa & Travel Insurance. Students also need to check the entry regulation from Poland
Please be advised that the students are compulsory to take 27 – 32 ECTS (equal to 15 – 18 SKS) and must transfer all the courses (both mandatory and elective courses) into your transcript upon your exchange completion. It is strongly suggested to not re-take any previous courses taken at ITS. You are only allowed to take courses from intake Winter 2022. Please consult the chosen & transferable courses with your Head of Department and Coordinator S1.

The requirements:
- Motivation Letter
- CV (Europass format)
- Academic Transcript in English version
- Scanned of Passport Information Page with validity minimum 18 months
- Valid Certificate of TOEFL ITP minimum 500 and IELTS min 6.5.
- Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
- Statement Letter(please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department
- Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
We will not process the incomplete documents or late submission. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program.
For ITS Students who are interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF) to Ms. Vivi at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : Erasmus_AGHUST_Name_NRP maximum on 22 May 2022 ( 23.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 24 May 2022 around 16.00 – 17.00 WIB
