A Semester Exchange at Universiti Sains Malaysia Fall Semester 2022
Exchange for ITS Students
University Sains Malaysia, would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Fall semester 2022 (10 October 2022– 26 February 2023) is already open. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their independent quarantine, learning materials, dorm and living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance. Students need to check the entry regulations from Malaysian Government.

This program is only open for ITS Students S1 batch 2019 and 2020 from related department.
Required documents:
- CV
- Scanned of Academic Transcript in English version
- A Clear Copy of The Details Page of Your Passport
- A copy of your photo (White background and 4.5 cm high x 3.5 cm wide)
- Scanned of ID Students
- Application Form
- Nomination Form
- Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor
- Motivation Letter (One Page A4), Please mentioned clearly your course selection and also 1 other course as the back up in your motivation letter
- The latest certificate of TOEFL ITP: 543/IELTS: 5/TOEFL IBT: 79-80/ TOEIC: 605 (screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable).
- Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
- Learning agreement (ITS) (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
- Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
- Vaccination Certificate
- Scan of Student ID
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Portfolio (for creative design based courses)Include slides and an academic reference authenticating work
Incomplete documents will not be processed
Please send all of the soft copy of required documents to Mr. Ade at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : Exchange_USM_Name_NRP no later than 6 Juni 2022 (10.00 WIB). The online interview selection will be held on 7 Juni 2022.
