Student Exchange to Windesheim University of Applied Sciences Spring 2023

Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring semester 2023 (1 February 2023 – 30 June 2023) is already opened.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, independent quarantine, dorms and living expenses in Netherlands including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance. Please kindly note that the program can be cancelled due to covid-19 situation

ITS Students need to took minimun 22,5 ECTS and maximum 30 ECTS. Please make sure that you transfer maximum credit opportunity

Housing
International students coming to Windesheim will be supported in their search for reasonable housing in Zwolle. However, Windesheim does not guarantee accommodation. Windesheim does not offer on-campus living, but works with an external housing company in Zwolle that offers a limited number of student rooms.

Visa
The Windesheim International Office will help students from non-EU/EEA countries to apply for a visa / residence permit.

Cost of living: approx. €800 p.m.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV (maximum 2 pages)

2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3,0 (out of 4.0)

3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Validity minimum one year from Jan 2023)

4. Latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score: IELTS overall band: 6.0; TOEFL computer-based: 213; TOEFL internet-based: 80; TOEFL paper-based: 550; Cambridge: B2 (Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa is not acceptable, you may use TOEFL prediction)

5. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages).

10. In case of visa application: copy of all passport pages and/or copy of current residence permit

11. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required.) 

The incomplete application will not processed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
