SDU International Summer School 2023
Short Program for ITS Students
Dear ITS Students,
Southern Denmark University (SDU) proudly present “SDU Summer School 2023”. SDU will conduct a summer school with several of courses. The summer school will be held on 5-18 August 2023. The participants will earn up to 5 ECTS from this program.

The tuition fee of this program is free for ITS students. However, the selected students need to responsible with airfare ticket, housing, living expenses for 2 weeks, visa and other personal expenses. Students also need to check the entry regulations especially vaccination regulation to enter Denmark by yourself
This program are open for ITS students with details as follows:
– Diploma/S1 batch 2020, 2021
– S2 & S3 all batch
For ITS Students who are interested to join this program please prepare the documents below:
2. Scanned of Academic Transcript completed in english version
3. Scanned of Passport Information Page (with minimum Validity 1 year prior to the starting date of the program)
4. Scanned of TOEFL iBT min 88, IELTS min 6.5, TOEFL IBT min 88 (if you dont have any of those certificate(s), you have to make statement letter in this following format -> English Skill Statement Letter)

6. CV
7. 1 page motivation letter
8. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)
The incomplete applications can’t be processed by study abroad Team
For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_SummerSchoolSDU_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 26 April 2023 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 28 April 2023.
